Organic Ceramic Vase

Our hope is that this piece and all the pieces in this collection would not merely serve as decor pieces, but also a celebration of the history and contributions of African Americans to craft and culture. 

We love that this vintage ceramic vase is reminiscent of the vases made by early Black potters, like David Drake, who was known for signing each piece with his first name, a bold statement, during a time when slaves were forbidden to read and write.
