The 8.5’’ diameter makes it perfect for recipes calling for larger tortillas like quesadillas, enchiladas, and more. Comes with three taco recipes, and instructions to make the perfect corn tortilla using only masa flour and water.
Mix equal parts masa corn flour (widely available in grocery stores) with water; make a golf ball-sized dough, put it in the press, and close it. Press once, rotate, and gently press again.
